The pools were awesome! The hotel was so clean. The location was the best! Right off the parkway where we could use backroads to get to everything and avoid traffic. We loved staying here, my kids ages 14, 11 and 2 loved it also. So relaxing.

We booked a 2 bedroom condo for our family of 5 and it was the perfect size- plenty of room for us to move around and relax- and the grounds were exceptional! Our kids loved the indoor pool & lazy river, and their private playground was a huge hit! Plus, the adults could relax and book spa appointments if needed. The resort is right off the main drag, so far enough away to give you some peace and privacy, but close enough to be near everything- Dollywood, Stampede, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Great place to stay. The condos are super clean. We found a stone out of someone’s ring and turned it in at the front desk.

We’ve had a wonderful experience here the only mentionable downfall for our stay has been parking which is a bit iffy- narrow spots and then people who intentionally park taking up two spots so that no one parks beside them, I do wish management would monitor that better. Other than that we’ve had a wonderful stay!!
