I've gone 3 times now, I believe. I am very impressed withe the service there. The ladies in the front are very helpful and polite. The assistants have all been great, and the cavities the dentist had corrected were done quickly and professionally. I only wish that they would do more complex procedures on the regular. Riverstone as a whole is . Thank you guys.
I recently had a cleaning with Callie,,, every employee from the desk to the chair and back were kind and courteous,, Callie was her usual sweet, kind and professional self,, she is so gentle and cautious in dealing with special problems I have with my mouth and gums!! Riverstone dental is a cut above for dental care!!!
The receptionist and the all the staff and dr.hall was very good they was very helpful and I felt good getting my tooth pulled. Thank you so much!!!
I used to have nothing but good experiences here with dr g she’s great the other oral surgeon is not the best if u can’t see dr g don’t waste your time i went in in august to have a tooth pulled the oral surgeon was removing the tooth cause it broke and it had developed an abscess under it so he numbs it and goes to pull the tooth only problem is he left two pieces of my tooth in there so fast forward to January and u guessed it the abscess is back so dr g sees me and pulls the piece out with no problems a week goes by so en... read more
My 2 recent visits to Riverstone Dental were a very pleasant experience. From the initial phone call I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The staff was exceptional from the front desk to assistants and the dentist, as well as for other staff I encountered on my way to dental. The procedures I had were not simple to me, but Dr. MASTEL WAS SO GENTLE AND KIND ,as was every other person which made it easier for someone with dental anxiety...
