This place sucks and they don’t do appointments. They half ass everything. It’s a joke to walk into here and barely get treated like a human they need to do better because this bar is lower then low
Today I had a very disappointing experience at Riverstone. I have been coming here for a long time for dental work and have always appreciated how well the staff worked with me in the past. I understand that I can be a difficult patient at times due to my strong gag reflex, but communication has always helped me get through procedures. The staff at RiverStone Dental are out of this world! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I felt like a patient and not just a number. The procedure was simple and painless. The results were better than I ever imagined. I just cannot say enough about RiverStone Dental.
I had another enjoyable visit to Riverstone Dental,,, the girls at the desk are friendly, kind and helpful,, the assistant was very good and Dr Mastel, is so gentle, caring and thorough! This dental clinic is better than most i have encountered! I highly recommend them.
I've gone 3 times now, I believe. I am very impressed withe the service there. The ladies in the front are very helpful and polite. The assistants have all been great, and the cavities the dentist had corrected were done quickly and professionally. I only wish that they would do more complex procedures on the regular. Riverstone as a whole is . Thank you guys.
