The HOA, does nothing, wont respond to email, rules are not enforced, repairs to streets and street lights not done, wont put permanent mailboxes into use. Entrance looks bad with temporary mailboxs. Retention ponds not well kept. Entrance looks bad and trashy, land scaping where the horrible temporary mailboxes are, looks awful.. permanent mailboxes been up for 6months, but builder won't work with post office, so that we can use them, after the builder sales u your home, they dont care about the community. The Home is Beautiful 😍 The Land is Beautiful, The Sales Agent Dustin was Great and Informative, The neighbors are friendly, The Builders were PHENOMENAL, Clean, Sufficient, Fast, and the Home was Affordable.
