Mcbride will also repair the cheapest way possible. Recently they had to replace sections of the streets. Instead of sealing the joints with putting tar into the joints so its not noticeable and looks nice. They smeared tar over the Crack joints ( banding) so it looks horrible !!!, u see these big black tar squares all up and down the streets. This is very unsightly and sad. The HOA, does nothing, wont respond to email, rules are not enforced, repairs to streets and street lights not done, wont put permanent mailboxes into use. Entrance looks bad with temporary mailboxs. Retention ponds not well kept. Entrance looks bad and trashy, land scaping where the horrible temporary mailboxes are, looks awful.. permanent mailboxes been up for 6months, but builder won't work with post office, so that we can use them, after the builder sales u your home, they dont care about the community. The Home is Beautiful 😍 The Land is Beautiful, The Sales Agent Dustin was Great and Informative, The neighbors are friendly, The Builders were PHENOMENAL, Clean, Sufficient, Fast, and the Home was Affordable.
