I recently moved in. I was promised to be in a 1 bedroom apartment on 2.12.21 by 2pm. As soon I as got the rest of the required paperwork in, I received a call from Irene telling me the vendor didn't come, so my selection wouldn't be available on Friday, but next Thursday the unit would be available.
