Riverstone Apartments: Excellent! I have lived here now for a full year and renewed my lease for another year and will very most likely renew beyond that. The apartments itself is in a great location. Centrally located in Tucson so you do not have to travel far. The office staff is great. When I pay the rent they are always very friendly and its hassle free. I have only had to place two minor work orders in the apartment for maintenance to come in and fix a garbage disposal and a leaky tub faucet. (At separate times)Both tim... read more

great location is really close to schools, shopping . nice little unit , great bathrooms , nice carpeting for rent too .

Happily surprised We have been living here a few months now and have been pleasantly surprised by this place. It's reasonably priced, quiet, and everyone has been very friendly neighbors and staff included. I personly enjoy the location next to the bike path behind the complex and my roommate gushes about the AC quality. Great place for pet owners and small families.

AWFUL DONT RENT HERE This place is horrible. They never fix anything when it is broken. My dishwasher was broken many times and everytime they fixed it it was never fixed properly. When I moved out I expressed my concerns with my refund as they have taken a charge out of it. I told them to send me an itemized statement of all my Bill's and they decline to do so without me coming in to the office. Andrea disconnected the line on me after I asked for a manager. needs new manager When we moved in people in the office told us they will change the carpet but they never did! Carpets were so dirty and smell ed so bad.You don't get what you pay for the price charged. Really dirty but expensive
Can’t wait to get out Avoid at all costs! Do not move here. Making life inconvienent almost seems intentional with management here at Riverstone. Issues are not addressed to the point where it feels malicious but I suppose it could be ill-trained, imcompetent management and staff or even understaffing. Pay the extra rent somewhere else or drive the extra 10 minutes to work, trust me... it will save you stress, headaches, lost Christmas packages via the office, and sadly, car towing expenses from when a spouse was deployed ov... read more
My Kind of Place! The Riverstone Apartments are my kind of place to live, the staff is friendly and they take care of my concerns with a smile. I'm considering asking for free rent just to see how long those smiles last but I think that might be pushing it. But even without the free rent, I'm happy to be living here! :-)
Not recommend it Before these new people in the office every thing was fine and the complex was always clean but the new staff are not friendly they don't do their job there is a lady named ,Andrea ,She is really rude .
