We have lived at Riverstone for four years and just renewed our lease. Best location and property management around.
This apartment complex is CRAP. The maintenance people and rude very rarely ever get anything done. I cant tell you how many times the leaking ceiling has been "fixed" or how many times my AC has been repaired. The people in the office are rude and always have a "not my problem" attitude. Both me AND my mom have gotten our cars broken into. They hand out notices via a clip on the gate. Really? That's your bullet proof form of communication? what that is is lazy.
