RecommendedWe had freak accident at home where our dog was hit in the eye by a rubber ball causing her eye to swell. We are relatively new to Columbia but had not established with a local vet. We happened to call Riverstone when they were closing, Dr. Shannon was kind enough to stay and evaluate Maci. This was during the Covid 19 pandemic as well and they were still willing to see a new dog to their practice. Thankfully Maci should heal up just fine after their quick actions. We are so grateful for Riverstone Animal Hospital.
Big or small, the staff at Riverstone will take amazing care of the four legged members of your family! For Veterinary care they are outstanding!
Wonderful team at Riverstone. We unfortunately had to put our beloved lab, Cash down and they were so supportive and caring. You can see how much they all care for your animals and your family. In the short time we’ve been going to Riverstone, we have never felt rushed and can see the love they have for our dogs.
I’m so glad we changed to river stone. The staff and drs are so friendly and accommodating. Having a large breed dog that’s almost 200 lbs, they help in every way from helping me get him out of the car to bringing him water. So appreciative and thankful for your amazing staff and care.

Everyone at Riverstone is a true animal lover and it shows in the way they treat their patients. They are kind and loving and treat our pets like humans. I wouldn’t take my furry family anywhere else!
These folks are awesome and take such good care of my sweet Maggie and me as well. They have my trust in the care of my pet and that is not easy to give just anyone. I was a Vet Tech before I became an RN, so I understand whats going on. Truth be told, I would have preferred staying a vet tech, but you need $$ to live.☹☹ Recommend 100%!!
