Absolutely Appalled by the service received by Riverstone animal hospital. Had x-rays taken on my dogs back legs In mid September that were supposed to be sent off to an orthopedic surgeon and I was told I would receive a phone call once the surgeon had seen them. They failed to call me and then told me that it was out of their hands and asked if I was even calling the correct clinic. This morning we had to put our sweet boy Hunter down. We would like to thank Vet Shannon Abbey and the staff at Riverstone for making this morning bearable. The room they put us in wasn’t a cold exam room it was a cozy room that we got to spend quality time with Hunter before during and after. Vet Shannon, you have been taking care of our animals for over 10 years and I wouldn’t change a thing! You all are the best of the best!!! God Bless!
I cannot express my deepest heartfelt “thank you” for seeing our dog, Albert tonight (09/09/2020). You all went above and beyond. Although the outcome is not a great one, I do know that Albert will be in the best care possible with such compassionate, amazing people caring for him (and me)! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
The care Dr. Shannon and her staff have given our dog, Porter, is just AMAZING. We are so grateful to have found such a loving place to take our dog ♥️ Dr. Shannon takes the time to explain what is going on at each appointment and ensures that we understand exactly why something is needed. Our new puppy had her first appointment today. The curbside service was excellent; Riley wagged her tail as she was carried from the car and continued to wag when she was brought inside. She was just as happy when she returned after her exam and shots.
Awesome job on CoCo’s cherry eyes! Unbelievable!
