I love RWFC. My family and I have been frequenting the center now for nearly 2 years. I have never met an unfriendly staff member and everyone is always helpful. I credit RWFC fitness instructors for making classes enjoyable and flexible enough with enough variety to keep me coming for the past 2 years. They have helped me lose more than 100 pounds :-) I still have more to go to reach my goal; however, kudos to the center! My only suggestion would be classes for kids. I think the Wellness Center is great, there are several exercise classes to chose from all during the week, as with any business there are some employees who just don"t care, however the fitness instructors are the best and very well trained.
