Originally I like your facility however in the past I have been completely screwed over. I had a membership while living there active duty military when I transferred I called to cancel my membership upon departure and I was informed that I cannot do that over the phone. I explain to the manager there that I had just been transferred and was already driving across country and unable to come in in person she apologized so there's nothing she can do and they continue to charge me for 5 months for a membership to a gym that I d... read more

I have used and appreciated the classes and facilities for many years. However, parking in the morning has become a terrible problem. Sometimes it's impossible to find a spot. Riverside doesn't seem willing to address the issue, so I would have to recommend that prospective members not join unless they want to use the fitness center in the afternoon.

I have enjoyed RWFC for many years. I used to use the pool for lap swimming, then I used the weights for a wonderful workout. Then I tried yoga, and loved it. I have gotten away from it all because my son has been sick. He is doing much better and I need a big push to get motivated again.
