They do NOT clean rooms between patients. They dont give updates even if you are in the ER room for hours. Expect a wait and no sympathy

I went there on July 10, 2020 due to extreme pain in my back that was radiating through my thigh, down my calf and in to my toes. The nurses were helpful. The doctor in the emergency room wasn't helpful at all. 1st off the room had a dirty yellow jacket hanging up behind the door and a band aid on the floor. The doctor treated me as if I was there trying to get high on pills or something. no urine samples were taken. No blood work. No x-rays.. No MRI.. NOTHING. RecommendedMy wife has been here for almost 6 days. She came in with a life threatening condition and the staff here did a tremendous job taking care of her! We are leaving here today because of them! Great people. Not a single complaint. Thank you all for your care and professional attitude.

I am contacting you again because now that I have had the time to Think about the incident that happened to my family on Wednesday (06/03/2020) at your Riverside Doctors' Hospital Williamsburg waiting room. Under the current climate, to have a member of your staff, Carrie Karnes, threaten to call police (security) on my family because we were sitting watching television and would not move deserves more than an apology. -The bedside manner is horrible. -Keeping patients informed of their care plan is almost non-existent. -the customer service is horrible. -the refuse to accept responsibility and rectify their teams mistakes.
