They have always taken such great care of my family's medical needs. We love the staff. Drs. & nurses are so kind. Keep up the compassion & good work!
I have used Riverside Urgent Care many times and have never had a problem. However, this past visit left much to be desired! There was a discrepancy with my insurance and they had trouble verifying what they needed so I paid in full. As a result, they assumed I didn't have insurance (even though I do) and I was talked to in a very harsh, condescending tone by one of the so called nurses! I have never had an issue before but after this, will not be back. It was totally unnecessary!!
I've been here 3 times and this place is excellent, the people who work here are professional and compassionate. The Dr. That treated me last night is my idea of an angel of mercy. He went above and beyond and is a true humanitarian. I will not forget his kindness and generosity. The name on my prescriptions paperwork is Dr. Anthony Catalanotto. Thank you from the bottom of my heart sir.
