Would like to post a review regarding Jack that was drawing blood made it very easy and comfortable. I was very nervous about getting this done because I've been stuck with a needle several times with bad experiences. He made it very easy and smooth. Had an appointment, scheduled months out. Confirmed via auto text two days prior,1 day prior, the day of and I arrive to the appointment 30 minutes early, wait patiently. The receptionist checking me in says dr had an emergency, left early, we tried calling,(did not leave a message) then proceeds to incorrectly say my insurance isn’t valid, until I corrected her with the new insurance info. I don’t normally leave a review, but this time hit the spot. Receptionists at the entrance are extremely rude, they don’t try to help you at all but make you feel stupid and very unprofessional the way they treat patients. The wait time to see a physician even with an appointment it still about 40-45 mins. Some of the MA look like they don’t like their job, they are zero friendly and we understand you’re busy but at least smile and be polite. Doctors are okay, they’ll prescribe something. This hospital is god awful! The doctors literally do not care about you. I can not believe how much doctors get paid to do nothing for you! I have been bleeding for a month straight and I get the same old same old run around. Worst hospital EVER ! I will be filling a grievance. Anyone else experiencing the same issues file against them. A hospital should be a healing space
Was sent to this location to get treatment for my child’s ADHD. Doctor did not have the best availability. Months later I wanted a full report with my son’s diagnosis and doctor’s report but they couldn’t find my information as his parent! When I’m the one that took him in for registration, took my ID and everything. Now he can’t even be scheduled for appts, or I can’t make any appointments and can’t access any of my child’s records.
