RecommendedDropped our 4Runnner off for service during COVID crisis and the advisor over the phone was very courteous and helpful with selecting necessary services by the maintenance manual, vehicle was done in a timely manner, what more could you ask for? Worth the drive from Gwinn.
Needed to get first oil change on new Rav 4, the service dept went out of their way to sneak me in and the customer service was fantastic. If we need anything we will go here.
The entire staff went above and beyond for us when we purchased our new (to us) truck. They were extremely professional and made sure all of our needs were met. Thank you Madalyn and the entire staff of Riverside Toyota.
So much for 160 point inspection! Bought a vehicle on Thursday check engine light is on by Monday. ALSO the tire Cory promised would last the winter the shop said could have blown out on the next speed bump. You cost me more money, put my family in danger and a process that should have taken hours too days. You guys really give car salesmen a bad name.
