Made an appointment for my oilchange and service. Asked them to look at the uncharacteristic creak and squeak on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma, and also the outside thermostat does not work properly when driving in pouring down rain conditions. Causing the AC not to work (because the truck thinks it's -20 degree outside). Go to pick up truck, and they just hand me the keys. I think I was ripped off by them! After buying a car, I took it to Riverside Auto Group to have it checked out. I asked them if they were a Cadillac Certified Dealer and the service advisor assured me they were. I took it in on July 26, 2021. Lane Assist was showing on dash. We do not start $3000 jobs without approval from a customer. So you approved the work. So no, we would not give you your car without you paying for it....... As far as the time frame... Pathetic service by managers over there . They gave me a Vehicle which had multiple issue one of which is that a brand new car doors doesn't shut how it is suppose to be upon complaining their response is push harder. Upon requesting an exchange they asked almost $4000 for a car which is cheaper than the one i bought. Will be definitely filing a case against them if they did not solve my issue as there is no refund or exchange provided which is unlawful by Consumer Protection Act.

Called to set an appointment for AC service on 2017 GMC Sierra drove from ** waited for two hours they fixed a Recall from manufacture and then told me that it would be a 150.00 diagnostics fee and two hours labor total of around 400.00 to tell me how much it would cost to fix AC. I asked why i wasn't told this in advance i would have taken it to another GMC dealer. Wasted an afternoon with these people! Very unprofessional!!

Hello Mr. **, The A/C is a fickle component and is hard to diagnose at times. Upon looking at your vehicle we discovered there was no refrigerant in the system. In order to accurately assess the problem it would be necessary for us to do a system evacuation and complete recharge with a dye inserted to detect where the leak may be. Service manager needs serious training on how to interact with customers. I feel sorry for those that work under him, because I'm sure they have to endure plenty every day. He will not admit when he is wrong and in no way tries to provide a solution to any problems and exhibits zero managerial skills. He will bold face lie to you. After researching further I did find a 2006 Prius under the name **. The customer accused the service dept. of draining her Freon out of her vehicle so we could sell her a repair on her A/C. All transactions here are recorded on video. After reviewing the video of her vehicle being serviced and debunking her accusations there was not really any further actions to be taken.
