He is a reasonable man, I went through shoulder replacement surgery and forgot to pay my rental bill! I remembered the day after it was due, and i hurried up and wrote a check, and I called him right away and explained the situation that I had just went through surgery and couldn't drive and let him know that I was trying to get my brother in law to drop it off and he said not to worry and he asked me if I needed any help doing anything! Nothing but good experiences here! It’s affordable & clean. I felt like my belongings were safe and secure. The owner is fantastic! He was able to quickly get us a storage unit and made sure it would fit our needs. If we ever come back to Grand Haven I would definitely use again!
