RecommendedProbably some of the best food I've had in a long and and some of the best service! 😍 Mackenzie by far was the perfect waitress and handled everything perfectly. ❤
Mercedes and kiersten were AWESOME and so attentive. the kitchen staff was wonderful and my food came out perfect and quickly. I am just sad that the server Hannah kept the entire tip for herself when I asked her to split it with the other girls on duty. for shame.
The food was a huge disappointment. I ordered the lunch pulled pork with Mac and cheese ($1.99 up charge) that was disgusting and cold. Pulled pork wasn’t that great. Cornbread was good. My friend had baked beans and they weren’t edible either. My daughter ordered a “cheese pizza” off of the kids menu. It was a tortilla with cheese on it. Won’t be coming back could have spent my $15 at McDonald’s and been happier.
First I want to say that our waitress was amazing and the food was great! my husband and I will be back! But if you're planning on dining with your children, I'd go somewhere cheaper. We came in yesterday with our girls because we DO love the food and knew that kids eat free on Thursdays. We waited longer than expected to even order our food, but that was okay. Food was great and service was fantastic. We had a large group but everyone got special service.
Great hosts fantastic food and only had pulled pork and salad with chili side,oh and beer
So I actually had it delivered my first time and it was a big order. But I had a coupon for 20% off. The customer service was AMAZING! The coupon wouldn't work so I called and they applied the refund to my card for the coupon amount and gave me extra sauces and plates. Made sure I was set because of a bug in the app. Will def go there again!! But next time I'm going in.
We have visited riverside several times in the last few months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. For is great, prices are reasonable, service is always good and atmosphere is nice. I highly recommend riverside as a west side of Quincy alternative to the busy busy east side.
