Was going to Rebel Pig today but it was still packed at 1pm. Decided to come here, was after 2pm. Maybe 3 tables of customers. 2 of us ordered salad bar since it was Friday. Empty. No salad, eggs, cheese, potato salad. Fish was empty & the muffins left were hard. Tried numerous times to find someone. Finally did. response was they were busy was told only fish empty. Seriously? Excellent food. The salad bar offers several delicious items, and their corn muffins are the best muffins I've ever tasted.
I have given this place positive accolades in the past. With the advent of their delivery service, my business has increased with this restaurant. All of this is despite the horrid experience I had INSIDE their restaurant where a foot and half long hair had actually been embedded in my burger before it was put on the grill to cook. This experience happened in 2017 while myself and friend were dining here. Just had a great time at Riverside! Our food was delicious! The brisket was Awesome! And the best for last was the service by our waiter! A gentlemen by the name of Shawn! He took us on the Sauce tour! Thank you Shawn for making us feel welcomed! Well be back and request you as our server.
Extremely friendly snd helpful staff (Arthur and Chef Shawn)! The absolute best salmon, corn bread and cinnamon apples I have EVER had!!! We will be back!

Another exceptional meal at Riverside today. The waitress was very nice and was working extremely hard. She was waiting tables by herself and never got upset or frustrated. She kept working and did a fabulous job.
