Dr. Kwok and staff are top notch. You feel so at ease, well informed, and well prepared for my tooth extraction. Next up, implant, so I will let you know how that goes! Wish me luck
Friendly and experienced. Was very anxious going in but was quickly put at ease. They also helped save me some money by merging my appointments after calling. You can tell that the people that work there really care.
I have visited office of Dr.Kwok few times and I have to say she and her staff make you feel like you are part of the family the moment you step into the spotless waiting room. From the front office to the assistant to the hygienist, they all make you feel welcome. They made my anxiety go from 100 to 0 after my first visit. Will definitely recommend to everyone to make Dr. Kwok their dentist.
I had an excellent experience at the office. My hygienist, Theresa , was incredibly thorough and gentle, she made me feel at ease. The office was spotless and staffs are all very welcoming, I would highly recommend this practice!
