The staff there were very friendly. Starting with the visitors registry. It's an awesome atmosphere.
The staff is wonderful, very polite. They’re taking good care of Aunt Hazel. This is a wonderful place.
Sadly, this is the type of place more worried about being petty and nasty to one another rather than patient care. This facility should at the very least be renovated. Roaches everywhere INCLUDING in patient rooms just hanging around their belongings. Outdated and downright disgusting. Nurses sit down all day on their phone and don’t assist CNAs with patient care when absolutely necessary. I have had the pleasure of working with ONE nurse who went above and beyond for her patients.
