I missed my appointment by mistake I called to let them know and they said that the doctor let me go I asked if there was a way to fix it they told me no and to all the insurance company and the guy was very rude and hung up on me now I’m with out a psychiatrist

Seen a few drs I like them all
I had the old doctor in the corner office, this was without a doubt some of the worst medical treatment I have ever received. I would not recommend these people to my dog let alone somebody who's actually going through mental distress. I'm surprised that this place is even allowed to operate I will not be going back here, and to boot they were even wrong about the co-pay at first telling me that I would be paying no copay and now I have to pay a $40 copay, talk about disorganized.
The level of care I received at this facility was sub par at best. The PA that I saw seemed ill prepared to deal with someone suffering from anxiety. He told me numerous times that he would review my old records and failed to do so after 10 weeks. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who is seeking actual treatment. The lack of attention to detail could potentially cost lives.
Psychiatrist Dr. Baskys is just wonderful. Office staff is cheerful and efficient. Everything would have been rated 5 stars had I not had a poor relationship with a therapist there.
Dr. Dey is just creepy. And you have to wait way to long to see him for him not to have any answers and spend 5 minutes with you.
