Although I was late for my appointment by almost 30 mins, the front desk registration staff warned me that I was very late but reached out to the nurse and doctor to see if they were able to still take care of me. And by reaching out to them, they got a positive response and were able to still hold my appointment! Those girls possessed great customer service!
