Just appalling, 7 missed appointments, when they finally made it out quoted $1600 to replace a fried control board. On the day of install they told me my 4 yr old boiler was no longer made (true) and parts were no longer available. Then told me I needed to spend close to $16k for a new boiler ......ludicrous. I call the manufacturer, 2 mins later - told parts are still made and in stock. The control board is $321 and change.
