To start off we do 1st quality work. We went to this your house to replace a water heater. We was running behind that day which we made you awate of. So we came out on a sat (which) we really don't work on Sat. I knocked $100 off the quote price we agreed upon b4 the work was performed. We put the water heater with an incident (while the whole time he was calling us names and belittling us). My crew kept it together and completed the job.
