I don't know what happened there but my puppy was not herself. We've used her vet in the past and no problems they were just pricey so we decided to try Riverside. They refused to bathe her claiming she snapped and growled at the attendants... Shes a golden Retreiver who in the 3yrs i've had her (all her life) I have never even heard her even bark let alone growl or snap. A bath is a bath so I wasn't worried but when i went in the back they had her in a small crate she had to crawl on her belly to get out of and then peed ev... read more

Very nice staff! Fenway came home looking better than ever and they are less than half the price of Petsmart. I will defiantly bring him back.
