Drako loves going to Riverside! For such a scared little boy, when we walk in there he goes right up to them waiting for his belly rub! Amazing place with amazing people!

The only place I'll take my babies!! They always come home looking fabulous and they are always super accommodating with my 18 year old girl that doesn't tolerate a lot of time away from home!!
Riverside is a great place to take your dog. The staff is amazing and their facility is amazing. I think they should call it the Hilton Dog Palace. It's a great feeling to know you can leave your dog at this location while your on vacation. You know your dog is taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Very unhappy when I pick up my dog and his white fur is yellow from laying in urine but his blanket was washed. I did not ask for a bath but a phone call asking about one would have been nice.

Kimberly. I'm sorry your dog had an accident but this sometimes happens. If you would have let the staff know when you picked up we would have gladly done a bath free of charge.
Riverside resort in Washington, NC. has twice boarded our GSP "Calie" and our Terrier mix "Sweetie", while we were out of town. They always come home happy and healthy. Thanks to the entire staff for caring for our babies.
