They took over Dr. nathen office and I hate everything about m! It’s always a problem. They never have appointments! They always trying to send you some where else! Why every time my kids sick I got to take them to the er if they have a doctor! Every time you do go they have different workers!

Had to get a last minute appointment to get a clearance for a procedure for my son. first time to that location although been with Riverside for years. We were in at the very end of their day and sure all was extremely exhausted but equally they were all nice, accommodating and pleasant. The place was nice and clean as well. Dr. Nadia was so nice and very knowledgeable. Strongly recommend this location.
The doctors and staff are nice enough but the wait times are ridiculous. Trying to get an appointment is difficult because their answering service is terrible. Even with an appointment you can expect to be there for 3 hours. We usually go to the North Bergen location but the time spent there waiting is relatively long as well. I made a telemedicine appt for my very sick infant for 2:15pm and was never contacted. Rescheduled for the next day, only for them to call at 6:30.
