Optums approach to pediatrics is obvious not focused on the kids at all and now you can not longer even reach the offices directly. All through third party calling center. Really not customer oriented at all. I had to give my information to the automated service and then repeat myself to the agent and was very time consuming and wasteful. Since they bought out riverside it was clear they didn’t give two cents about my children and their experiences. Just money hungry investors who only care about themselves and their money!!
Great service. Dr R. Gill gave the best diagnoses and treatment to our infant.
The service is always excellent. Marisa Daly is very attentive and competent, always polite and friendly, and she answers all questions
The physician assistants and doctors we’ve seen have been ok, but the support staff and back office is terrible. Don’t go here.
Waiting for over an hour in the exam room. The physician assistant recorded the whole conversation on her phone, without asking permission, I don't even know why she had to. Only come here as a last resort, maybe.
