Do not go here!!! Worst place ever!! I had RD surgery here and they also wanted $1500 up front. I had met my deductible on my insurance and they still wanted $1500. The nurses were talking about the doctors behind there backs while I was sitting right there in front of them. Horrible customer service. DO NOT HAVE YOUR SURGERY DONE HERE!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN 👇👎!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could sum this placeup...hen house. The nurses in this facility just talk about patients and co workers and Doctors while I'm laying waiting for surgery. After my surgery was done it was past the time they got off and were snatching my blanket. Tubes and a IV were almost snatched out of me. I told the lady I was gonna write a review and she could care less. Don't ever go to this facility. I was there thru Doctor Johnathan Stayman from the Florida Retinal Institute.
1230 appointment, not called back until 2pm. Don't waste your time arriving on-time for your appointment.
