This is not the place for anyone seeking serious care or a primary physician. I found that out the hard way this morning. It's more like a turnaround clinic that's only interested in easy work and quick pay. The residents there try to help and do good work but the actual doctors couldn't care less about the patients. Very disappointed with the pediatrics office. Waiting 20 minutes just for the receptionist Jessica to appear and then handle personal business on her cell phone with a line in the lobby, while the back office staff is PHENOMENAL, the front desk needs some hospitality training.
RecommendedI just moved to the area and went there for the first time and all was well I really liked my doctor she was knowledgeable and helpful and definitely would recommend the facility
terrible customer service! did not know what they were talking about. drs misdiagnosed my husband and he hasnt been able to work for 2 weeks. they have not given him his results from his lab work. this place is just overall shoddy.i was also lied to over the phone and told i was not on my husbands emergency contact form and then told by my husband i was on the emergency contact and his HIPA. bunch of liars only wanting money.
All the doctors are great but Dr. Hinderliter is amazing. She calls personally, really cares and listens. She has taken such great care of my 2 year old son and really put me at ease. As a nurse I have the upmost respect for her and will never forget the amount of time and compassion she has given to us. Unheard of in these days. Thank you Dr. Hinderliter.
