This review is about the service at Riverside Nissan. This was a great place when it was Heritage. Not so much anymore. My husband had an oil change and tire rotation. His lug bolts were not properly tightened and his wheel almost came off. He caught it in time so it no one got killed or severely injured, but both of those things could very well have happened.
