Riverside Muffler and Alignment did the first correct alignment and front end job I've had since purchasing my F250 Superduty 4x4 new in 2002. They accurately pinpointed some from end bushing issues, repaired it, along with a needed control arm replacement - then aligned it. In the past when getting front end alignments from other shops, I've always ended up with my truck pulling left or right with a steering wheel that does not line up straight. Not so with Riverside. The truck tracks perfectly with no left or right pull. The steering wheel lines up correctly when driving down the road. Front end handles like a new truck. I appreciate them taking the time to meet factory alignment specs and test driving the truck for fine tuning and an excellent repair. They do much more than this kind of repair so I will be back. Thank you!!

Donnie fixed the truck for us. The park and reverse gears went backwards somehow and he fixed it and it runs perfect now!!

I had an older model Chevy Truck. I had already had 3 different Certified Mechanics working on it at different times. The Truck still wasn't fixed. Called RMA they picked the truck up and found out what the problem was and got it fixed. There was no guess work or trying to scam me. They didn't charge me until they knew exactly what the problem was. After getting the Truck back I then had them take care of my Ford Escape. I now have an Excellent shop to look after all my Vehicles knowing with Confidence that I will be treated fairly and with Respect. I recommend them to all my Family and Friends.

Took my 2017 Cruze here after taking it to A GM dealership (who misdiagnosed). If I had replaced what the dealership wanted to replace I would be out $800 and still scratching my head at why my car doesn't run! RMA CORRECTLY diagnosed within a few hours of having the car. RMA installed the new module and had it programmed within just a few hours of receiving the part. I had called Sears about my problem and they told me about RMA having an excellent team, turned out this referral was in fact 100% accurate. I can attest that this shop is NOT overcharging customers. I can also attest that this shop does NOT charge for repairs that are not needed; this team will listen to you and fix what you want fixed. I can't say how impressed I am with this shop. Basically, now, anytime I have a problem I no longer have to worry about who will work on my car. I have found a great shop. If it is broke they can fix it...don't believe me call and ask.
