Do your self a favor and avoid riverside metro Volkswagen! The unprofessional team and specially the management. They tell you that need to do a soft check on your credit, but in reality is a big impact! Second the way they talk to me, made me feel depressed honestly. I highly would not recommend this location. I look at a car on Thursday and pick it up Friday and it had new scratches! They way they where explaining to me, made me feel like I put that scratch there, even thou I didn’t take the car home!
