Do not go here for ANY reason- billing staff is the worst I have ever encountered at ANY facility - not only are they grossly incompetent and rude, my wife and I have actually recorded them lying on multiple occasions - save yourself the trouble

My daughter went in for an injured (broken) arm. The wait was short. Every single person - the receptionists, 3 nurses, x-ray tech And dr were exceptional everyone of them cared and were so nice, helpful and caring. This was my first time there and i was so impressed with every single person.
Took my mother here she is a first time patient, I would never recommend this urgent care to anyone! The waiting room is very nasty, arrived at 5pm it was 7pm and she was still not even put into a room when I asked the receptionist how much longer she had until she was seen she was very rude told me she just went back to Check and thier was only one Dr. and other patients before her. WORST EXPERIENCE - Special needs child I never write reviews but based on our treatment yesterday I feel like it is necessary! I am a special needs mother to two severely autistic and intellectually disabled children. Yesterday (4/1/19) I brought my son with my husband to the urgent care. My son is almost 8, was diagnosed with autism at 2. He acts like a 3 year old because of his intellect. He has limited vocabulary and can't express himself.
