I had Riverside come to address a broken underground sprinkler pipe that an AT&T subcontractor damaged during burying of internet wire. They came out and charged me $125 and the dirt and sod were placed back over the area by their employees. My water bill had been abnormally high over the subsequent months so I investigated the system myself. There was a leak in the same place of the “repair”. I found the same broken pipe left in place! Poor install, Unwilling to fix issues. Riverside install my sprinkler system 6 months ago At my new house in S Arlington. It started intermittently not working then It has stopped working completely. Service guy came out and claimed that the system was damaged by another contractor and voided the warranty and refused to fix anything. He claimed it would need a crew to re work the entire back yard to fix it. He could not want to leave.
