Looking for a GI doctor I was reading the reviews. I noticed that with favorable reviews a response from the office is provided. If the review is unfavorable, in this case way too many for a doctor's office the reply is the same, word for word, most likely computer generated. And my search continues
Had very pleasant experience with Mark Ohlenkamp, PA. Great to deal with, takes his time and is thorough. Does not rush you through your appointment and gives you undivided attention and is helpful. Staff and office experience was good too!!!
I had a procedure back in 2021 and had no issues. Im not sure what all the negative comments are for...I think it is more of a problem with the individual than the facility. My experience was fine. There was no pain before, during, ir after the procedure. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, they did a great job.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional especially the receptionist at the front desk. She was the most courteous and delightful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will absolutely be recommending this facility to family and friends!
