Had very pleasant experience with Mark Ohlenkamp, PA. Great to deal with, takes his time and is thorough. Does not rush you through your appointment and gives you undivided attention and is helpful. Staff and office experience was good too!!!
I had a procedure back in 2021 and had no issues. Im not sure what all the negative comments are for...I think it is more of a problem with the individual than the facility. My experience was fine. There was no pain before, during, ir after the procedure. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall, they did a great job.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional especially the receptionist at the front desk. She was the most courteous and delightful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will absolutely be recommending this facility to family and friends!
We prep for a procedure and never received the time of procedure phone call. It's a good thing i decided to call them. They almost made us reschedule but found another time slot. Once we arrived. The process was smooth. Quick and Successful.the staff from admission to discharge were wonderful. We felt like they cared and were informative. Thank you!
This place is awful and they never have their affairs in order. The only reason I come here is because this is the only place the VA will authorize.
