"Best of their ability" is a scam A deer hit totaled our vehicle just weeks before our daughter's wedding. Time was limited. We saw a vehicle at Riverside Ford in Escanaba online. Emailed for some info. Traded emails and phone calls and went to check it out. Vehicle had deep gouges all down the liftgate from going under a garage door while liftgate open. When a deer hit totaled our vehicle just weeks before our daughter's wedding, we had to replace quickly. Looking online we spotted a van at Riverside Ford in Escanaba. When we went to look at it, there was damage that was not mentioned online, and it was not even clean. The liftgate had deep scratches from a garage door when it was driven thru with gate up. Excellent. I decided to get a brand new 2020 F150 to replace my Ram Truck. I get X Plan so I went to my local dealer to tell them what I wanted and got blown off. I sent a few emails out and the only dealer who got back to me was Riverside. They found the exact truck I wanted and set up everything through email so I just had to drive down and pick it up.
