Buying a vehicle at Riverside Ford in Macon GA IS a absolute disappointment. My dad purchased a **** Ford ******** from them with *** miles. HE HAS BEEN A LOYAL FORD CUSTOMER FOR OVER 35 YEARS BUT THIS EXPERIENCE HAS SERIOUSLY IMPACTED OUR VIEW OF FORDS PRODUCTS AND THE DEALERSHIPS THAT SALE THEIR PRODUCTS. FIRST OFF THE THIS SUV WAS A RECENT TRADE IN, I CAN SEE WHY THE PREVIOUS OWNER TRADED IN THE SUV BUT I DON'T UNDERSTAND AS TO WHY RIVERSIDE FORD WOULD SO QUICKLY RESALE A PRODUCT THAT HAS SO MANY ISSUES WITH OUT DOING A D... read more

I do not repair vehicles which I why I defer to my Service Director's input. We repaired every problem the vehicle had - at no cost to you or your father. The worst place you could ever take your car or truck to. Wouldn't give them even a 1 star but i had to select something.

One star is better IMO but here we are I took my car into the shop to have a new clutch installed. Two days later it goes to making even worse noise. Now they are refusing to fix it. $621 to fix something and its not even fixed. I Wouldn't take my car or truck here. Nor would I ever do business with them again they're not trustworthy nor honest. The people working there have a bad attitude and aren't even professional. DONT GO HERE ‼ Service advisor called me a ******* as she is walking off.

At Riverside, they are sneaky & disingenuous at best. I knew I had some credit issues & when it turned out that I owed a lot more on my car than I was worth & I told them I couldn't afford to pay more than I was presently paying, I told the that it was fine. I would just keep the car I have now & recheck in 6-12 months. They then proceeded to "shop" me around the whole country apparently. I have so far gotten 7 rejection letters. There would be no reason for us to submit a loan application for a customer who was not interested in purchasing a vehicle from us. It's not something we do for fun or to intentionally harm someone. We do so only at the request of the consumer. We were given all pertinent information to attempt to secure a loan including job, income, social security number etc... I had to take my F150 back 3 days after they worked on it. The check engine light came on. So I returned for them to run a diagnostic on it. While there someone took money out of my vehicle that was mistakenly left in the truck. Of course no one admitted to doing it. But I know they did. They have some shady characters working in that service department. One of the service supervisors was very cavalier about the situation. It took everything in me to not erupt. You must go see Darrell H!!!! He is the best. I hate going to car dealerships.... this man has totally changed my mind about car salesmen. He is so genuine, caring and honest! He has so much integrity and knowledge. He is truly an expert and will do everything he can to get you in the vehicle you want

They used to be excellent, not anymore. Took a ********* in for a door ajar light Intermittently coming on, the car is under a bumper to bumper warranty. Of course first they to explain how much it would be to diagnose the problem before they would even look in the computer to see my service history/maintenance plan, can you see me yawning hear, this is a nuisance but not the critical reason as to why I'm writing this.
