A friend had sent me a beautiful arrangement from Riverside Florist. Unfortunately, my friend didn’t know I had a kitty at home. I called Susie to check if all of the flowers were safe for cats, but they were not. Susie quickly offered to send me a cat friendly arrangement so that I could still enjoy and appreciate my friend’s gift. They were delivered the next day and the flowers are just as beautiful and special. She truly went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
Suzie is a true master florist — endlessly creative, with years of experience and a heart that shines through her work. She’s always quick to help, hilariously funny, and wonderfully down-to-earth. I was in a bind as my father passed away suddenly, and a number of things had to be taken care of quickly and timed just right. I called Susie, who reassured me that everything would be taken care of quickly and without hiccups. She took care of getting all the details from the funeral house, and asked me a couple of questions about the colour and flower type.
