I thoroughly enjoyed my unique experience at Riverside Florist. I received excellent customer service, I was treated with kindness, respect, and I wasn’t rushed, when attempting to make a decision. I am also, extremely happy, and satisfied, with my purchase; and, I will be looking forward, to the next time, that I will be purchasing, such beautiful flowers, again!!
It's truly a warm and welcoming place with great vibes. Susie, the owner, is one of the sweetest people you'll meet, and she beautifully opened her shop right here in Cambridge.
I had these stunning flowers sent to me for my birthday, and although there was a bit of mix up the day they were supposed to be delivered, the owner went out of her way to remedy the situation and even brought me an additional vase of white roses as an apology. Thank you so much!
