Here I sit at Urgent care with over twenty people in front of me simply because the answering service for Riverside Family Physicians couldn't seem to do their job and take a message this morning. Three phone calls to your office, two of which I was hung up on starting at 8:05 this morning and an answering service employee who refused to take a message and pass it along. I love my doctor and his nursing staff and the one nurse that draws my blood never hurts me and there is never a bruise
I've been with Dr. Mahdi for about 14-15 years now. He is an awesome Dr and I refer all my friends and family to him. I moved 2 years ago, it is an hour drive for me now, I still will not change Drs! For me its not as convenient to make same day appts, but that's ok, I deal with it. Thank you for all your hard work Dr. Mahdi.
Recently moved to Riverside, choose Dr. Ivanova still haven't been able to meet her but I did establish with Sabrina. I have had by far the best experience, she's so caring and always answer my questions. Love your same day appointments not to mention your scheduling staff are very friendly and helpful, my questions where answers promptly and if im not able to see Sabrina and I have an urgent issue I always have the option to see a different provider. By far I have found a group that cared about me and my healthcare needs.
I have been with them since 2005! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the doctors. My daughter's pediatrician is the best! I love how you can get same day appointments when needed! They are really friendly and always make my daughters and myself feel like we matter! Thank you Riverside Family Physicians!
