I’ve been a patient of Dr. Marion Smith’s for over 30 yrs. When he passed, we lost one of the best PC physicians on the planet. I feel very fortunate to have known him. Since his passing, I’ve had many problems with staff. My file contains MRI results detailing my issues but the staff I’ve dealt with so far act like I’m a new patient off the street. I’ve tried to be patient but it’s become laborious getting basic care. I’m wondering if any other patients are having the same experience.
I go to the Riverwalk office Dr Smith has been my Dr dang near 20 years he is a amazing Dr all the staff is wonderful my favoritism but Betsey, Nelly and Raul are my favorites but there all amazing I would gladly give them more then give stars if I could and I definitely recommend them to everyone..Thank you for the many years of excellent care not only for me but for my late mom too Bless you all
Dr Mahdi was the best when this practice was smaller. With the size it is now and horrible staff I wonder why I still come here. I’ve been on the phone for 2 weeks trying to my authorization correct and yet again it’s wrong and all the staff wants to do is point fingers instead of fixing the problem so I can see my specialist. Again they stated they will fix it I have their word....at this point your word means nothing. Customer service and bedside manner needs to be improved!
I tried to make an appointment and was told there were none available. I asked if any were available next week...once again was denied. I call today and have been listening to their recording for 10 minutes, no answer! I'm baffled by how this practice is ran.
