Referred here and spent a hour on the phone with completely untrained staff to schedule an appointment as she literally learned how to use the computer while scheduling me, just to find appointments were a month and a half out. Despite struggling I choose to bite the bullet and wait instead of trying to find somewhere else. After a month, on a day where my eyes were particularly bad I contacted them to double check my appointment time to try and feel a bit better.
