I just had a procedure at this location this past week. I knew I had a problem when I walked in the door. I was on my phone with the phone to my ear when the front desk person initiated a conversation with me ibn an aggressive manner. I immediately motioned to her that "I'm on the phone" and she continued to speak. I ended the conversation with my driver who was required to accompany me to the center.
