Office manager is Extremely snobbish, rude and judgmental.
Everyone at the Endoscopy center & the GI office in this building has poor communication. I was told that Ubering home from my colonoscopy was fine by my doctor and scheduled the procedure, but when I did the phone call fory medical history before the procedure they said I cant uber home. So now I have no way to get my procedure done and no path forward for my GI healthcare. I have a history of precancerous polyps, a prolapse, fissures, almost daily bleeding and blood clots when pooping, and a family history of Crohns diseas... read more
Great job from the staff on up just wonderful.
10 am appt saw me waiting 7 hours. Staff went to lunch and came back. Staff were leaving for the day when called in. No explanation. Avoid at all costs. Why even bother the farce of making appointments?
