Wonderful staff. Had time to do a new crown while I was there for my first time.
I just removed my 5 Star review from last year. Most of the staff is new since my last visit and I’m so disappointed. Today, I waited an hour before I was seen for my scheduled appointment. The assistant was extremely rude. The dentist was rushed between patients and spread way too thin. I was quoted for an extraction 2x more for the same extraction I was quoted for a year ago. Front desk staff were polite. Appointment is always on time. My hygienist is proficient, gentle and kind. She likes to teach too which is awesome. She is always checking in with me to make sure to minimize discomfort. Going to the the dentist can be scary and painful but this crew makes my visits tolerable. Keep up the good work.
The appointment started good, but ended bad. Staff was friendly, but aren't willing to work with my insurance even though they are a provider. Refused to schedule a routine cleaning & insist on doing a deeper cleaning with $1000 upfront. Wouldn't call or send for predetermination when asked, so I had my insurance company call & ask since I have to have it for them. The office was also dirty.
