Edit! Hi Alannah! If you read my concerns carefully, you would see that I did call the cdcp and they said I had 100% coverage. If mimi would have said" wait a minute, you're exactly one year from your last check up, let's see if your coverage would be valid the following week", it would have been. Instead of doing that, she rushed to me not having coverage. Not to worry, I booked at another dental office in the area with, that's right... 100% coverage! I'm very sad to leave this dental office! Dr Singer is an incredible dentist and if he were to go to another office, I would follow. However, mimi sends me a text this week saying my coverage isn't valid. I called the cdcp and she said I had 100% coverage. I booked my exam exactly one year after my last one and because of that, the coverage wasn't valid. Had she checked a different day to see, I have full coverage. Would have been a very easy fix, but she treated me as disposable. There are many different offices everywhere ... read more
