Terrible customer service. Do not return messages left for them. Not sure they are even actually in business any more.
Melissa Vandett seemed wonderful but she did give me some very bad advice that I wish I had never listened to. I had also worked with Tim Thein too and found him to be very kind and helpful. I miss him.

I learned that a counselor from Riverside Counseling accepts my insurance. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that each counselor handles their own scheduling and that the counselor would reach out. He didn't. Twice. I tried the first time several months ago, leaving my info. No call. I tried a couple of months later. No call. At the very least, I could have been called to say, "I have a full patient roster," or "I don't like the sound of your name..." Whatever the reason, a call would be nice. Or perhaps t... read more
