I learned that a counselor from Riverside Counseling accepts my insurance. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told that each counselor handles their own scheduling and that the counselor would reach out. He didn't. Twice. I tried the first time several months ago, leaving my info. No call. I tried a couple of months later. No call. At the very least, I could have been called to say, "I have a full patient roster," or "I don't like the sound of your name..." Whatever the reason, a call would be nice. Or perhaps t... read more

Jen P is very professional & caring. After a few visits what came across to me is Jen is a great listener who truly takes interest in her clients. She made me feel like she took a personal interest in helping me find solutions to my struggles. Her counseling truly helped me cope. The office surroundings are very pleasant. They don’t seem to have a receptionist or secretary which could possibly account for any difficulty in getting an immediate call back or appointment. Everyone there seems very caring.
