My psychiatrist was great until she passed away unexpectedly. The billing practices is insane. They often wait well past the time allowed to process claims, so the Insurance denies the claim and now you are stuck paying enormous bills since they didn't file the paperwork in time. They don't notify you, they just charge your credit card without permission.
