If you’re trusting your warranty from Chevrolet, It’s a scam. I Took my 2024 Chevrolet 3500 today for a check engine light. That should be covered under power train warranty. These guys proceed to tell me that GM warranty only covers the repair and doesn’t cover the diagnostic work to know what repair to make. I have driven new Ram pickups for the last 10 years with 0 warranty issues. Buy a Chevrolet and they will not even honor their warranty 2 days after purchasing a Chevrolet. I have never received such negative service from a dealership in my entire life. I dropped my vehicle off for a routine service, and they told me they needed to address a recall, so of course I said ok. I trusted them to be experts in this matter, but clearly they did not know what they were doing. During this process, the vehicle stopped taking the update, and now my vehicle is a brick. Overall, great experience at Riverside. Sales staff, financial manager were greet to work with on our transaction. Probably a few misses would be introducing us to the service department, scheduling appointments, etc. Really disappointing in a purchase a call from Riverside and did not get a full detail on the vehicle: clean up before I picked it up, go over benefits of the vehicle, how to vehicle operated, just thanks for the purchase and when you get home you might want to call On Star and set up you account.

Riverside Chevrolet and GMC in Rome Georgia was very easy to deal with. Christopher, our salesman really listened to what we wanted. He was excellent as were all of the staff we had dealings with. We are very pleased with our whole experience.

My whole experience with the dealership was great. My sales consultant (Matt) explained everything each step of the process. He also worked to ensure I received the perfect car for me. The finance department also worked to give me a quoted monthly payment I could handle. I was very pleased with the results.
