Be very careful with trusting these genius lube techs to your vehicle. These brilliant minds managed to cross thread an oil filter my last visit. Which they corrected! What do you know, this last visit was my 45k mile visit and everything seemed fine until I went under my truck to change my own oil and yep…. My drain plug is tightened to about 60ftlbs of torque. 18lbs is spec! I’m done with these idiots! I’ll travel to cartersville from now on! The quality of work is well sub par!
