We bought a truck from Riverside was great experience.
Dealer made every effort to contact me via phone in addition to email. As an undecided (on the auto) customer, I elected to not give out my phone number. Because of this limited experience I am cautious to give a solid rating, but from what I expected - they were definitely a 5 star dealer!

Responded quickly, but already had a deal with another dealer
Horrible...response was quick but they were insulting, rude, and very unprofessional...communications lacked basic grammar. Dumb Bunnies!
Tried twice to get info on a vehicle that they listed on their website. Finally went in and found out they took it to auction after only having it for 2 days. Staff was extremely friendly, just too busy to return phone calls.
