I never had an issue when Dr Zachary was my doctor but now it’s horrible. I’ve had eczema my whole life and now I have doctor robin and I have to jump through hoops to get a cream that I’ve been using for years. Doesn’t help that I have to wait months for the dermatologist. Getting a new pcp asap

I don’t usually write reviews but just WOW. I dont even have words to express how I feel right now. Do not waste your time booking an appointment at this office. The front desk staff and who ever handles appointments need to do better. I’d give zero stars if i could.

Worst place ever honestly. I went in and asked to get blood work. They told me they don’t do that test there, referred me. Called me back hours later (I live 30 minutes away) asked me to come back and get a COVID test (none of my symptoms were covid) and to do the blood test there!? I drove all the way back, told the front desk lady and she told me they didn’t call me, the referral place did. Went there. They told me it was my primary care. DROVE BACK THERE.
