I wanted to like this place, but unfortunately gotten a bad taste in my mouth. I went to Riverside as they came highly recommended from my Jeep groups, and I figured, if they are trusted by people who own Wranglers like myself, it would be okay. My boyfriend took my jeep in as they wanted to see what I needed and give a quote. When this happened, they also upsold the job to him, needing a few more things than what we were expecting, no big deal. (Ended up replacing my ball joints & U-Joints on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKU). These guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional! Have taken my jeep to other mechanics, and no one could just get it right. These dudes fixed it on the same day, and gave a thorough explanation on the issues that they resolved.
Needed to get my mother's car inspected last minute and only had one afternoon free to do it. Riverside was the first place I tried and they took me right away with no wait. Everybody was super friendly, and there was even a sweet dog in the office! I would definitely go back here and would recommend them to others

Great service. Joe was great , replaced both batteries in my Gladiator in 1 day as dealer sain 3 to 4 days.
